The ePLACE was funded through the New York State Library Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP) Grant with federal funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The purpose of the grant was to expand access, availability and training to underserved areas.

August 11, 3-5 pm Microsoft Word is a computer program that you use to create documents like letters, resumes, meeting notes, class handouts, and more.

Here are two fabulous gift ideas for the computer users on your list:

A gift certificate to go with a new Tablet or eReader.  Learn how to use your Kindle, Nook, iPad, Galaxy…

Certificates are available at the Box of Books, and this is where the lessons will take place.   Suggested donation is just $5.00 per certificate.
