May Programs:

Friday, May 1 from 4:00-6:00pm join us to learn about the Japanese embroidery technique, Sashiko. Fiber artist, Carlyn Yanda, will lead this workshop to show participants how to use white cotton thread to make geometric patterns on fabric.

Thursday, May 7 at 4:00pm our monthly Read and Do Crew program will be held! Children ages 4 and up and their caregivers are invited to join us. This month we are reading Flowers Are Calling by Rita Gray and making our own watercolor bouquet- just in time for Mother’s day!

Wednesday, May 13 at 4:00pm join us to make your own linocut blocks or use one of our premade blocks to print on a canvas tote bag.

Community Survey

The board of trustees are in the process of creating a new strategic plan for 2027-2031, and would love your feedback. Help us plan for the future and take our community survey. Paper surveys are available in the library as well. Encourage your friends and family to take part in the survey, too.
